This policy explains what information the teeonline.academy website collects, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as we can.
Who is responsible for your data

Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form we receive your name, your email address and the message itself. These details are delivered as an email to the TEE office through an email delivery service (SendGrid) and kept in the office mailbox.
We use them only to answer your message. We never sell or share them with anyone else. Messages are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your request and are then deleted.
To stop spam, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks your browser without identifying you personally and does not use tracking cookies.
Registration form
When you apply for a course we receive your name, your phone number, your diocese and congregation, the format you prefer, the course you picked, and your email address. These details are delivered as an email to the TEE administrator by the same route (SendGrid).
We use them only to create your account on student.teeonline.academy and to contact you about your studies. Your name, email address and phone number are then kept in the learning platform as student records. We never sell them and do not share them with anyone outside TEE.
If you do not start studying, your application is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it and is then deleted.
Technical data
This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any website, these servers briefly log the IP address, browser type and pages requested, solely for security and reliability of the service.
If we use visitor statistics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and produces aggregate figures only; it cannot identify you personally.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third-party provider.
The learning platform
Student accounts live in our learning platform, student.teeonline.academy (Moodle). That platform uses login cookies and stores your course data. Questions about that data go to the same address as above.
Your rights
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask for it to be deleted. Email us at the address above and we will handle your request within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
